Day-by-Day & Costs
Participation is application-based. We review applications with care, focusing on curiosity, readiness, and openness to growth. This process allows us to create a supportive, high-quality group and ensure a shared commitment to learning, respect, and meaningful connection throughout the week.
This year's cohort will be hosted in France’s Loire Valley, a region known for its history, elegance, and natural beauty. Set among gardens and countryside, the setting offers the space to step away from everyday routines and fully engage in learning and reflection. Throughout the week, curated excursions and cultural experiences in the surrounding area complement the program, adding moments of exploration, perspective, and cultural connection.

The week covers leadership workshops, accomodation, meals, career coaching, mentorship, curated excursions, travel insurance and program certificate. Every detail is designed for growth, connection, and comfort—so participants can focus on learning and building lifelong friendships.
International flights are not included
Safety is central to every aspect of the program. Participants are supported on-site by the experienced dedicated program team, with secure accommodations, trusted transportation, and a low staff-to-participant ratio. Our comprehensive travel insurance is in place to ensure everyone is cared for, supported, and safe throughout the experience.
Workshops and activities are led by our founder and certified coaches from around the world. They’re dedicated mentors, present throughout the week to guide, inspire, and support every participant’sjourney.
